Trust in Social Media: Enhancing Social Relationships

چکیده

This study aims to explore the moderating effect of trust on relationship between social media engagement, benefits, and relationships, utilizing an innovative framework grounded in exchange theory. Employing a quantitative analysis with structural equation modeling (SEM), using questionnaire distributed sample 493 Jordanian youth, results unveil positive correlation engagement emerging as crucial moderator this dynamic.
